Attributes:
Swordsmanship 15 [12 (+1 Hat, +2 Rune)]
Tactics 13 [11 (+2 Rune)]
Skills Set:
Final Thrust (Swordsmanship)
Server Artery (Swordsmanship)
Gash (Swordsmanship)
Galrath Slash (Swordsmanship)
"Watch Yourself!" (Tactics)
Defensive Stance (Tactics)
Bonetti’s Defense (Tactics)
Healing Signet (Tactics)
Summary:
This is your basic front line Warrior-Tank. It has worked well for me in PvE, and am posting here as for suggestions, I plan to use Gladiators Defense once I attain that elite skill. Currently I am using a Forgotten Sword (Max Dmg, 15^50, 20/20, +30), and Exalted Aegis (-5/20, +30) with this build. Also using Templar’s set of armor (80) with the above runes listed, as well as Major Vigor, and Vitae (x2).
Notes & Concerns:
None have come up yet, but I am still in the process of trying to figure out what secondary profession I want to use to compliment this build.

To sum up I am posting here for suggestions, as well as pointers for secondary profession.

Ok, where to begin...
Get a better helmet. +strength is nigh on useless, Strength sucks and is all about the skills... Of which you use 2, poor ones at that.
Watch Yourself! >>>>> Defensive stances, by miles. It actually, you know, helps the party, and not just *you*... Which is where a lot of warriors fail at.
As for the elite, Glad's Defense is exceedingly lame. Dragon Slash/Quivering Blade will deal more damage, Crippling Slash has more utility, and as for defense... You already have the highest armour, and WY!.
Dolyak Signet is... bad, for PvE. The monster AI is too iffy to stand there with a self-snare. Really, it's only of use in specialized team farming builds, where you have the freedom and control to actually make use of it... For general PvE, it's pointless when you can nuke/DPS the crap out of a mob in a few short moments. As for Endure Pain... The situations where I've found it useful, it only prolongs the inevitable for another 2 seconds...
Oh, and a lot of the guys/gals/indeterminates here dislike tanking in general. Outside of 'elite' missions, there's NOTHING a tank can do that a simple Shield of Absorption from the monk can't do just as well... without wasting a whole skillbar and character space on it.
As for skills to throw on there instead...
What campaigns do you own?

New players often think that
From a PvP (and masochistic PvE) point of view, Frenzy is the best warrior skill, hands down. Just check observer mode, most top warriors use it.
However... 2 weeks ain't long enough to start thinking about Frenzy
Prophecies only, I'd probably eschew an IAS altogether. Flurry and 'serker Stance suck hard, and Frenzy ain't exactly a PvE skill, not for a new guy, anyways.
As for elite? Hundred Blades is... Meh. Better than nothin', I guess.
[skill]bull's charge[/skill] or [skill]"charge!"[/skill] are probably better though... They lend more utility/support to your build. Glad's Defense is useless outside of solo-farming, tbh. And Hundred Blades....
Hundred Blades really needs a buff

To solve the 'no useful elite skill' problem, you could switch to axe and use [skill=text]Eviscerate[/skill]. Hundred Blades still needs a buff though... really badly. Just to let ya know why it's so crap, it's supposed to be non-elite, but had to be changed so it couldn't be used with [skill=text]Illusionary Weaponry[/skill].

mayb but ur 2 dumb to know when not to use it i guess like when i have more then 3 things attacking u i use frenzy a lot good skill but its not a good skill when ppl dont know what the F*** they are doing w/ it like using frenzy then healing sig /slap
get off using a sword til u get night fall or factions there is no sword elites and no Hundred Blades is not a elite its a PoS
axe and hammer ftw
yes hammer the best thing for wars ppl just like the shields and what not. +16 armor is nice i guess but if they cant get up to hit u.. then u dont need it
PS yay for axe shock wars
almost what i use when i play war only had to take factions / night fall skills out

You accuse him of being dumb and not knowing how to use Frenzy properly, then you post a build with frenzy and no cancel stance?
And i hope you put your axe mastery higher than 12.
I agree with you on hammers though.

Lay off maybe? he said he's only been playing two weeks, I've been playing nearly 2 years and I still don't use Frenzy in PvE (I have access to flail however). warriors should be taking the bulk of the damage anyway (I'm not saying I load up with tons of defence) so using frenzy would be stupid in that case.

and im just pissed cuz i see so many wars say its bad cause they like to run in and tank all of them and play hero "WhaaMos w/ healing hands" and i also dont get why ppl dont know not to use it at times and use it some times almost like they think that have to keep it on them 24/7
also i just got done reading that W/N AB tank build thing so yea

cancelstance? less strength invested? higher axe?... also why would you want shock in pve?
frenzy is fine to use, even in pve, just don't use it with heroes or pugs, because they won't know what ps is or how to put it properly.
but i'm just amused that you apparently know how to use frenzy and then turn up and not even have a cancel stance on your bar..lol.

An IAS is nice of course, but what is way more important are adrenalin buffs
Consider taking these skills:
[skill]"For Great Justice!"[/skill][skill]"To The Limit!"[/skill]

as for my attrbutes im to lazy to buy more then 1 helmet cause i use hammer axe and some time sword and 12 is fine for me its rly only 1 point away from what it b if it was not the right helmet "590 HP, 31 energy cause most the time i play shock axe" :P

the warrior has 2 jobs:
1. take aggro. yes in pve the warrior's job is to TAKE THE AGGRO. the warrior can handle it better than any other class.
2. deal out steady dps to monsters. the warrior is the pressure, he sits there with his sword or axe and constantly does damage to a target. the warrior can also spike targets out with a good adrenal combo (sever + gash + final thrust is still one of the best combo's in the game). hundred blades is a great skill if you dont have enraging charge and want to build up adrenaline quickly as you run up to a mob.
honestly make yourself W/R, put apply poison on your bar and go in with hundred blades once you cap it, you'll become much more effective at damage dealing. dolyak is good for end game areas in all continents because it's in those locations that the squishy party members can't afford to have aggro on them and the warrior can easily sustain aggro with dolyak and no other defensive skills. be the first one to run into a mob, take the aggro, hold it and then let your party members come in to do their work. that is the job of a warrior in pve.
i personally run 14str 13sword, no major or sup runes, 600hp and sentinel's armor.
i recommend getting nightfall as it has a lot of great skills for warriors to put on their bar (flail, enraging charge, mending touch and many others)

Just use random skills and gear. Whether you take advice from this forum or not, that's what you'll to end up doing, right?
Bonetti's defense is used for gaining energy, and that's all it's really good for. That's very good. Just use it for a while, buy more skills when you see them. My suggestions are
[skill]"Shields Up!"[/skill] and [skill]Rebirth[/skill]
That's probably a bad idea.

Calling dumb a person who plays the game for two weeks and noticed Frenzy is just not good in PvE? And you gave him a build that not only is better suited for Hammer warrior, but also runs Frenzy with no cancel (you didn't answer that question, or it was with your almost unreadable style)?
Yeah, you're good, I give you that. But before you insult someone just try to think (if possible) for like... well 2 seconds is enough.
To the OP.
As many people stated here and there there are lots of things a Warrior can do. But in PvE your job, even if it sounds stupid, is to tank. No, wait, I don't mean to build some unbeatable low DPS warrior to take the heat (even mobs are not so dumb most of the time) but rather to build it to be fun and to work.
I used to play a lot warrior some time ago. No NF or Factions back then. Axe is and was weapon of choice (if not hammer) for me for a long time. "Watch Yourself" is extremely good with high Tactics. With axe you can almost always use it after one hit with Cyclone Axe, for example. Take one interrupt, it's always good to have it, as you are the front liner and you will always face the worst of the mobs. With added AL from WY you don't need stances.
I left /Mo for good and went /N for a single skill - plague touch. It's spammable and helps in many areas as it gets half of the degens you will face. Going for /R for Apply poison is also good. /E is Shock build, but then I'll use it with Hammer warrior to get the most of it - 2-3 knockdowns in a fight against casters makes wonders, believe me.
Frenzy...
Frenzy is extremely useful to extremely dangerous. If you know when to use it it's amazing but once mob turns on you it's better to leave it off or cancel it (needs another skill). Double damage means if you take some of Mesmer's/Necro's/Whatever armor ignoring damage dealing you will take extreme spyke which most monks will find hard to deal with.
If you go for STR line there are many good damaging skills.
PvE / Light PvP - no way. Except for RA, but then hammer...
